• 100% soy wax
• Clean Fragrance Oil (free from phthalates, carcinogens, mutagens, and other harmful toxins often found in home fragrance products).
• Clean orange candle dye
• Packaged in a BPA-free black sealable bag

Wax Melt Care & Tips

• Place your warmer in a stable position away from drafts and flammable objects.
• Remove your melt from package and place in a melt approved warmer/burner. Never add water.
• Do not leave your wax warmer on for long periods of time. No longer than 4 hours is recommended.
• Never leave a wax melter unattended when in use.
• Keep warmer out of reach of children and pets.
• Store wax melts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Leave unused wax melts in its original sealed packaging to keep fragrance locked in.
• Gently swirl the melted wax melts using a wooden lollipop stick or a teaspoon to help the scent disperse upwards. Be sure to stir slowly and carefully to avoid spillage.
• Position your wax warmer in the room's center to enhance scent distribution. Avoid placing it near open windows, doors, or drafty spots to prevent fragrance loss.
• Smaller wax melts tend to release their fragrance quicker than larger ones. Additionally, remember that the lesser the wax in the warmer, the smaller the area it will scent. West Michigan Candle Co. provides different sizes of wax melts to accommodate both small and large areas.

What are wax melts? Wax melts are pieces of scented wax that allow a flameless way to enjoy aroma in your home. The scented wax is heated in a wax warmer until it becomes fully melted. Once fully melted, the fragrance is dispersed in the area its placed.

What size wax melt clamshell should I purchase? We suggest purchasing the 3 oz clamshell for smaller warmers and smaller rooms. For example, bathrooms, offices, smaller bedrooms, etc. Whereas, the 6 oz clamshells work great for larger wax warmers in larger room such as, living rooms, kitchens, etc. 

Are these wax melts overpowering? Scent sensitivity varies greatly from person to person. We have been told our wax melts are just the right balance between not too much but not too little.

Where are the wax melts made? Our wax melts are hand-poured in small batches in a non-commercial studio in Luther, MI. 

Can I return my order?  We do not accept returns but if there is a discrepancy with your order please immediately reach out to us via email info@westmichigancandleco.com. If your order arrived broken please keep all packaging and provide pictures of all sides of the box and the broken item(s). No replacements or refunds will be given after 30 days of the order being placed.

Are your wax melts safe to use around kids and pets? They are safe to use with pets and children if you follow our wax melt care instructions and they are kept out of reach of any pets and children.
